Refund policy

Returns & Right of Withdrawal (EU Customers)

At For All Daughters, each piece is produced in limited quantities and crafted with intention. We encourage customers to review all product descriptions, imagery, and specifications carefully before placing an order.

That said, when purchasing online, European Union consumer law grants customers the right to withdraw from their purchase within 14 days of receiving their order.

Right of Withdrawal

If you are an EU customer, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days from the date you receive your item.

To exercise this right, you must notify us in writing within this 14-day period by emailing:

Please include:

  • Your order number

  • A clear statement that you wish to withdraw from the purchase

You must then return the item to us without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the date you notified us of your withdrawal.

Conditions of Return

Returned items must be:

  • Unused and unworn

  • In original condition

  • Returned in original packaging, including dust bags and protective materials

We reserve the right to refuse a return or apply a reduced refund where the item shows signs of use, wear, damage, or handling beyond what is necessary to establish the nature and characteristics of the product.

Return Shipping

Unless the item is faulty or incorrect, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Is is necessary to use a tracked and insured service, as we cannot be responsible for items lost or damaged in transit.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome.

If approved:

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method

  • Refunds will be processed within 10 business days

  • Original shipping costs (if any) will be refunded in accordance with EU law

Please note that processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

Faulty, Damaged, or Incorrect Items

Your statutory rights are not affected.

We will, of course, accept a return or offer a remedy if your item:

  • Arrives damaged

  • Is defective

  • Is not the item you ordered

Please notify us within 48 hours of receipt by emailing gemma@foralldaughters.com including:

  • Your order number

  • A description of the issue

  • Clear photographic evidence

Where appropriate, we will arrange a repair, replacement, or refund.


Handcrafted Nature of Our Products

Each For All Daughters piece is handcrafted. Natural variations in materials, grain, or finish are inherent to the process and are not considered defects.


Non-EU Customers

For customers outside the European Union, returns for change of mind are not accepted unless required by local consumer law. Faulty or incorrect items remain covered.
